Varnish is a film of insoluble deposits that forms on surfaces in contact with oil in the lubricating system. High operating temperatures can increase the potential for varnish appearance. Varnish can appear on bearing surfaces, pipe surfaces, tank surfaces, even on the servo valve surface in turbine oil or hydraulic oil.varnish removal machine works by binding (electrostatic) or absorbing (absorbing) varnish molecules and using filter media technology to remove damaged oil deposits; without damaging the properties or additives in the oil.
