In simple terms, the way a vacuum dehydration oil purifier works is to heat the oil, then release it in small amounts (spray) in a vacuum chamber. Moisture will be easily separated from the medium if it has a large cross-sectional area.for example, coffee will cool down faster when poured into a plate than in a glass, this is because the cross-sectional area of the plate is larger than the glass, even though the volume is the same. The greater the space for heat transfer, the easier it is for moisture to escape from the medium.
There are 4 oil purification methods to get rid of water content: centrifuges, coalescer, water absorption and vacuum dehydration. Vacuum dehydration is the best choice because of its ability to remove emulsified and dissolved water which cannot be done with other methods.
